Thala Ajith's 56th film begins

Ajith gave a stupendous hit with Yennai Arindhaal directed by Gautham Menon. Now he is off to start his next project that would be directed by Siruthai Siva who earlier worked with Ajith in Veeram.

The film began today, 9th April on a Thursday sticking to the Thursday sentiment of the hero and the producer. The film will be produced by AM Rathnam for Shri Saai Ram Creations.

The people who are involved in the movie as of now are Shruti Haasan as the heroine and Santhanam as comedian. The technical crew includes Vetri behind the camera (he had worked in Veeram too), Ruben as editor and Silva responsible for stunts. The film is said to be a commercial entertainer and has plans to be shot around Kolkata and other exotic locales. The as yet untitled movie began with the customary Pooja today.
