Thamizh Padam 2 begins

Thamizh Padam released in 2010 was directed by CS Amudhan and was a roaring hit among the audience. The sequel of the film has started rolling and the first look poster has already created waves among followers.

The poster was released by Siddharth with a tweet, “Ellame inimey oru maadhiriya dhaan nadakkum! Happy to launch the release poster of #TP2point0 No theory. Only practical. A@csamudhan classic. Starring Akila Ulaga Superstar @actorshivaPuratchi producer @sash041075 Joooot!!!”

The sequel, titled Tamizh Padam 2, is expected to release on 25th May 2018. The poster also says that the film will have a 'Tamil Rockers' release on the very next day. It further calls Tamil Rockers, a persistent thorn in the flesh for Kollywood, their "official piracy partner". The shoot for the film begins today, the December 11. Producer Y Not Studios tweeted, “#TP2Point0 My partner in the #ynot journey, which started 9 years back. Glad to see him back in the captains seat and take us through another roller coaster ride.
