Thani Oruvan to be made in many Indian languages

Thani Oruvan directed by Mohan Raja was released 15 days back to a thunderous response and

it is to be noted that the film was unanimously accepted by the audience. Thani Oruvan was produced by AGS films with Jayam Ravi, Arvind Swami, Ganesh Venkatraman, Nayanthara and others doing important roles.

The success of the film has automatically generated interest from other film industries and it is said that the film would be remade in Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali and Hindi too.

While Puneeth Rajkumar has shown interest to do the film in Kannada, Genelia apparently has told Raja that she wants to remake it in Marathi. It has to be recalled that Genelia worked with Raja in Velayudham. A leading production house is also keen to take the film to Bengal. The Telugu version has Ram Charan Teja interested and for the Hindi version Salman Khan wants to do. Looks like the film will have a pan Indian connect and remakes.
