Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru from November

Karthi’s next release would be Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru being directed by Vinoth of Sathuranga Vettai fame. The film is produced by SR Prabhu of Dream Warrior Pictures and has Rakul Preet Singh as the heroine. Reported to be a fast-paced action-thriller the film is inspired by real-life stories.

The latest information to emerge from this film is that it would be released in November 2017. While the film’s teaser will be unveiled on September 27, the trailer will be out on October 17. The story revolves around the life of a straightforward police officer, who goes undercover for an investigation. Shot in and around Chennai and also in North India, the film has Abhimanyu Singh playing an important role.

Dheeran Adhigaaram Ondru is Karthi’s second film as a cop (after Siruthai). He has made sure that his body language is completely different this time. He has undertaken vigorous training sessions at the YMCA campus.
