Three movies to hit the screens on April 12

Three movies will hit the screens on April 12. Prithviraj’s ‘Seventh Day’, Dileep’s ‘Ring Master’ and Kunchacko Boban’s ‘Polytechnic’ are the three movies to be released on Saturday.


‘Seventh Day’ is directed by Shyamdher and scripted by debutante Akhil Paul. The movie casts Prithviraj as a 42 year old IPS officer, David Abraham. Janani Iyer plays the female lead and the supporting cast includes Anu Mohan, Tovino Thomas, Praveen Prem, and Vinay Fort.


The film plots an investigation that runs through seven days. ‘Seventh Day’ is produced by Shibu G Susheelan. The cinematography is handled by Sujith Vasudev and the music is composed by Deepak Dev.


‘Ring Master’ is a comedy entertainer directed by Rafi. Dileep plays an animal trainer in circus in this movie. The movie is set in the backdrop of a circus tent. Honey Rose and Keerthy Suresh are the heroines.


Ranjini, Aju Varghese, Kalabhavan Shajon, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Guinness Pakru, and Saju Kodiyan also include the cast list. The movie is produced by Vysakh Rajan under the banner of Vysakh Release. Gopi Sunder composes music for the songs penned by Rajeev Nair, Harinarayanan, and Nadirsha.


‘Polytechnic’ is directed by M Padmakumar and scripted by Nishad Koya. Bhavana is the female lead. 'Polytechnic' deals with the political and social activities of the youth in a village and the relationships between them. Ambika, Vijayaraghavan, Kochupreman, Aju Varghese, and Idavela Babu also include the cast list.


Kala Nair produces the movie in the banner of Mrinalini Gandhi. Pramod wields the camera and Gopi Sunder tunes music for the movie.
