Today's releases

There are four big releases today in the Malayalam industry. The movies of Mohanlal, Indrajith, Prithviraj, Fahad Fazil, and Nivin Pauly hit theaters today. ‘Rasam’, ‘Picket 43’, Mariam Mukku’, and ‘Mili’ are slated to release today.

Rasam

‘Rasam’ directed by Rajeevnath stars Mohanlal as the actor himself. The movie based on food features Indrajith and Nedumudi Venu in the lead roles. The movie narrates the interesting incidents that occur during a wedding ceremony in the traditional Kerala style in Gulf.

Devan, Jagadish, Nandu, Rajesh, Dileep Sankar, Albert Alex, Varuna Shetty, and Mythili are the main actors in 'Rasam'. Picket 43

Major Ravi’s ‘Picket 43’ narrates the warm and intense comradeship between the Indian soldier Hareendranath Nair (Prithviraj) and the Pakistani soldier Mushraff (Javed Jaffrey) who get isolated in the Kashmir border and the Pakistan front respectively.

New face Anusha does the female lead. Renji Panicker, Meghanathan, Sudheer Karamana, Anu Mohan, Madan Mohan, Harish Peradi, Shobha Mohan, Fareedha, Angana also include the cast.

Picket 43

Mili

'Mili' is a female-centric movie featuring Amala Paul in the lead role of Mili. Nivin Pauly does the male lead as a soft skill trainer. ‘Mili’ directed by Rajesh Pillai is scripted by editor Mahesh Narayanan.

There are 22 female actors in 'Mili' including Sanusha, Sija Rose, Shamna Kasim, Ambika, Praveena, Devi Ajith, Baby Nandana, and Baby Ammu. Manoj K Jayan and Amol Pareshar also do important roles.
