Tollywood Shutdown as a Respect for Dasari

Telugu Film Industry had decided to shut down for a day as a mark of respect for Legendary Filmmaker, Dasari Narayana Rao who breathed his last the other day. All the shootings planned for today were canceled as a result. All the Noon Shows in theaters of Andhra Pradesh and Nizam were also canceled as a mark of respect.

Dasari was suffering from prolonged kidney related illness and he was being treated for the last few months. He underwent a reconstructive surgery of Oesophagus. Following the surgery, he developed renal failure and was on hemodialysis
