Trained myself in ballet, jazz for 'One By Two': Preeti Desai

Mumbai, Jan 29 (IANS) Preeti Desai, who features opposite boyfriend Abhay Deol in her second film One By Two, had to train herself a lot in ballet and jazz dance forms for the film.

"Samara (Preeti's character in the film) has been dancing since she was four-year-old. It's not your typical Bollywood dance, it is ballet and jazz," the 29-year-old said here Tuesday at the merchandise launch of the film in association with brand, Bewakoof.

"So before the film started I trained five months prior everyday in ballet and jazz. Hopefully I will be convincing enough as a dancer in the film," she added.

"One By Two" has been directed by Devika Bhagat and will hit theatres Jan 31.
