Transgender Anjali Ameer to be Mammootty's heroine

Transgender Anjali Ameer will play the heroine in Mammootty-starrer Tamil flick ‘Peranbu’. Mammootty introduces Anjali to the audience.

‘Peranbu’ is directed by National Award winning director Ram. The story progresses through the emotional bond between a father and daughter.

National award winner child artist Sadhana plays a prominent role as Mammootty’s daughter. Yuvan Sankar Raja composes music for the lyrics written by N A Muthukumar.

‘Peranbu’ is a bilingual in Malayalam and Tamil which also features Sarathkumar, Suraj Venjarammoodu, and Kaniha in pivotal roles.

The movie is produced by P L Thennappan under the banner Sri Rajalakshmi Films.
