Trisha is replaced by Catherine Tresa

Catherine Tresa made her presence felt in her debut Tamil film Madras directed by Ranjith with Karthi as the lead. The actress was much appreciated by one and all for her looks and performance. She also has a few projects in kitty.

But the jackpot seems to land on her lap with the latest news. We reported yesterday that Trisha has walked out of the project of Selvaraghavan that features Simbu and Taapsee in the lead, citing date issues. This film has Yuvan Shankar Raja’s music and Arvind Krishna’s cinematography.

But now, Cathreine Tresa has bagged the role of Trisha. If sources are to be believed the Madras girl is also quite happy to be on board Selva’s project. The film is expected to go on floors this week in Chennai.
