Trisha to play a role with negative shades

Trisha for the first time would be pairing with Dhanush in Durai Senthilkumar’s directorial Kodi. On earlier occasions, she was to have co-starred with the National Award winner in films like Aadukalam, but somehow things did not materialize.

And now she will be doing a role in the film which is not only important to the progress of the same but it will also have negative shades, a very strong woman character, almost on the lines of Padayappa Nilambari.

The film recently went on floors and now Trisha has joined them in Pollachi. Sharing this information in Twitter, Trisha says, “Shoot with a view Ready to roll with team KODI”. For this film, Dhanush has opted for Santhosh Narayanan as the music director instead of his usual regular Anirudh.
