Udhayanidhi Stalin to team up with Prabhu Solomon

Director Prabhu Solomon’s last outing was Thodari starring Dhanush and Keerthy Suresh. The film was met with a mixed response and tanked without a trace. There are also talks that the director would do a sequel of his much appreciated film Kumki although there is no official word on it.

But now, it appears that Prabhu Solomon would be directing Udhayanidhi Stalin in his next film. Sources in the knowhow suggest that the premise could be a desert. Prabhu Solomon is known for taking various elements such as water, earth as his backdrop and going by that, this film could have a desert backdrop.

Udhay on the other hand has three films going for him, Saravanan Irukka Bayamaen with Ezhil, Podhuvaaga En Manasu Thangam with Thalapathy and Ippadai Vellum with Gaurav. Saravanan Irukka Bayamaen is set for a release soon.
