Usha Uthup sings for Damaal Dumeel

Popular singer Usha Uthup has been roped in to sing the title song for the film Damaal Dumeel. The film starring Vaibhav and Ramya Nambeesan has music by Thaman. The film is directed by Sree. As the makers were looking for a different and energetic voice, Thaman suggested Usha Uthup’s name and after she listened to the tune, she immediately agreed to record for it.

The singer seemed to have liked the song very much and has told the team that the song might become one of the chartbusters. She has also assured that she will sing the song in her concerts.

Karuakaran who wrote the lyrics for the Bad Boy song in Alex Pandian has written the lyrics for this song too. The lyrics are funny and interesting and the single was released yesterday. The song will be the theme song as well as the promo song for the film.
