Uttama Villain bags international awards

The Kamal starrer, Ramesh Arvind directorial Uttama Villain was released after a lot of roadblocks. The film featured Kamal in an actor’s role and he was supported by veteran director late K Balachander along with Jayaram, Pooja Kumar, Andrea, Oorvashi and others. Ghibran had scored the music for the film.

Uttama Villain has bagged the following awards in the Los Angles International Film Festival. It has won the Best film, best actor for Kamal Haasan, Ghibran for Best music and Kunal Rajan for Best Sound Design.In the Russian International Film Festival too, Uttama Villain had won the best music category and Ghibran won the award.
