Vadivelu as comedian again

Comedian Vadivelu was ruling the Tamil film industry for a long time. But a political lineation created trouble for the actor which led the actor’s disappearance from Tamil screen for while. Then came Thenali Raman where he played the lead role and that too a double role. The film was directed by Yuvaraj Dayalan but it was met with a lukewarm response only.

Vadievlu is now working with Yuvaraj again in a film titled Eli as hero in a subject that is said to discuss the western influences on our culture. But sources now confirm that Vadivelu will be doing what he is best at- making people laugh- in a project to be helmed by Kumaraiyaa, an erstwhile assistant of director Ezhil.

This film will have Vikram Prabhu as the hero and the shooting is said to commence from December. The other details pertaining to the cast and crew will be announced soon.
