Vadivelu trying for a comeback

Erstwhile comedian Vadivelu is trying to make a comeback and for this he has decided to do a periodical film called Gaja Buja Buja Gaja Tenali Ramanum Krishnadevarayarum. As the title suggests this will be Vadivelu’s trademark comedy film. Presently under production, the film is directed by Yuvaraj while Imman is the music director.

Initially there were rumours that the project has been shelved but now we hear that the film is progressing at a brisk pace and with lots of graphics and VFX involved in the film, the makers intend to bring it out by Pongal. Already big budget flicks are lined up for Pongal release and whether Vadivelu will release the film for Pongal or release it after the festival will all depend on how the post production work goes on. But the comedy hero is very hopeful about the film and thinks it as the right comeback platform.
