Vaikom Vijayalakshmi calls off her wedding

The visually impaired singer Vaikom Vijayalakshmi moves the listeners through her brilliant voice. She recently announced that she will be getting married to one Mr.Santhosh on 29th March. She got engaged on the 13th of December last year. Wishes were pouring in for the singer from all over.

But it looks like the wedding is called off by Vijayalakshmi. Reports say that there were some differences of opinion between the singer and her fiancé.

Apparently Santhosh had gone back on the commitments he had made earlier. He initially said he would come to live with Vijayalakshmi but later went back on it. And also his demands were increasing and he asked Vijayalakshmi not to do stage shows but continue as music teacher. Since these were not agreeable to Vijayalakshmi, she called off the wedding.
