‘Valimai' gets a new release date

Actor Ajith Kumar's upcoming film, ‘Valimai’, which was supposed to release in theatres on Pongal, has got a new release date now. Directed by H Vinoth, the film got postponed due to the novel coronavirus pandemic. Its producer Boney Kapoor dropped a new poster and announced the release date of the film on his social media page on Wednesday. As per his tweet, the cop drama will hit the screens on February 24.

"Actions speak louder than words. The wait is well & truly over. Feel the power on 24 Feb, in cinemas worldwide. #Valimai #Valimai240222 #ValimaiFromFeb24 (sic)," he posted.
