Vana Magan is the title of Jayam Ravi-AL Vijay project

Post the success of Thani Oruvan, Jayam Ravi is busy with many projects, one of them is with director AL Vijay. The duo had announced this project with a lot of fanfare in social media pages a few months ago.

The script as reported is about a tribal Jayam Ravi and his journey in understanding the ways of civilized life. The shooting of this film is going on in full swing. Finally the team announced the title of this film as Vana Magan, meaning son of the forest.

Vana Magan which began its shooting on the 6th September has Harris Jayaraj as the music composer and Tirru of 24 fame as the DoP. It is produced by Think big Studios. Antony is taking care of editing and Karky will be writing the lyrics. Sayyesha Saigal, grand niece of Bollywood actors Saira Banu and Dileep Kumar makes her Kollywood debut.
