Varma, the Tamil remake of Arjun Reddy from next year

That Vikram’s son Dhruv Vikram has decided to follow the footsteps of his dad Chiyaan Vikram in his careers is old news. He will be making his debut as the hero in the Tamil remake of the Telugu film Arjun Reddy. This film is titled Varma in Tamil and will be directed by Bala.

The latest update is that the film’s shooting will commence from March next year once the heroine for the project is finalised. Vikram recently released a video via his Instagram profile in which he pointed out that the search for a new face is on for the role of the female lead.

It is also being said that Shriya Sharma, the child artist who appeared as Jyothika-Suriya’s daughter in Sillunu Oru Kaadhal, is apparently being considered for the role.
