'Varsham' shooting in progress

The shooting of the movie ‘Varsham’ is progressing in Thrissur. ‘Varsham’ is written and directed by Renjith Sankar with Mammootty playing the lead role.

Asha Sarath and Mamta Mohandas play the female leads. Govind Padmasurya, Irshad, Sudheer Karamana, T G Ravi, Sivaji Guruvayoor, Harish Peradi, Vinod Kovoor, Sarayu, Sajitha Madathil, Anjana, Jayasree, and Sreelatha Nambootiri also include the cast.

Mammootty plays Venu, who has returned to his native place after working abroad for a long time and is now running a finance firm. The incidents that happen here are plotted in ‘Varsham’.

Bijibal composes music for the lyrics by Santhosh Varma and Jayagita. ‘Varsham’ is produced by Play House.
