'Varsham' to go on floors from August 15

Ranjith Sankar’s Mammootty movie ‘Varsham’ will go on floors from August 15 at Thrissur Regency Club. The location has some specialties. The shoot of Mammootty’s super hit movie ‘Pranjiettan’ and Ranjith Sankar’s hit movie ‘Punyalan Agarbathies’ were also commenced at the same location.

Yester year villain T G Ravi will play the role of the villain in ‘Varsham’. The first scene shooting will have both Mammootty and T G Ravi. T G Ravi has done a prominent role In Ranjith Sankar’s ‘Punnyalan Agarbathies’ also.

Mammootty is seen in five varied get ups in this movie. The movie will deal with the five different phases in the life of Venu played by Mammootty.

‘Varsham’ narrates the business rivalry between Venu (Mammootty) and Manavalan Peter (T G Ravi), both business entrepreneurs. While Venu is an ordinary businessman, Manavalan Peter is a business tycoon.
