Venu to direct Fahad Fazil

Cinematographer turned director Venu’s Mammootty-starrer mystery thriller ‘Munnariyippu’ was critically acclaimed and performed well at the box office.

He is currently making plans to direct Fahad Fazil, Prithviraj, and Manju Warier in two films. The first of these is ‘Aayiram Kaani’ starring Fahad Fazil in the lead role.

The heroine and the rest of the cast are not finalized. ‘Aayiram Kaani’ is expected to go on floors by next January.
