Venu's next with Mohanlal

According to industry grapevine, cinematographer cum director Venu is planning his third movie and this movie will have Mohanlal playing the lead role.

Venu’s first directorial venture was ‘Daya’. After a long gap he directed ‘Munnariyippu’ with Mammootty in the lead role. The movie was released recently and was a critically acclaimed movie though not turned out to be a money spinner.

Venu has worked with Mammootty and Mohanlal in many movies as a cinematographer and also has a very good personal rapport with both of them.

Mohanlal is also busy now. He is now in the sets of Joshiy’s ‘Laila O’ Laila’. After this he has signed a project with Priyadarshan.
