Vidya Balan wows B-Towners as Begum Jaan

Ever since the trailer of Begum Jaan, starring the powerhouse of talent Vidya Balan, has hit the internet, it has left both the audience and the critics speechless and has already crossed over 20 million views on all social media platforms. Wow, isn’t it?

The trailer with its hard-hitting dialogues and a stellar ensemble cast from the likes of Vidya Balan, Gauahar Khan, Pallavi Sharda, Chunky Pandey and Naseeruddin Shah amongst others, leaves a lasting impression. No wonder, celebrities like Alia Bhatt, RajKummar Rao, Dia Mirza and other B-towners are completely smitten with the trailer!

Alia Bhatt gave the trailer a perfect score of 100 as she twitted the trailer along with three 100 symbols.

Trapped actor Rajkummar Rao too couldn’t resist praising the trailer as he wrote on twitter – “And she is back with yet another stellar performance @vidya_balan. Looking fwd sir @srijitspeaketh #begumjaantrailer” (sic).

Actress Dia Mirza, who happens to be Vidya Balan’s very good friend used her twitter handle to shower praises on Vidya. “More power to these incredible women! @vidya_balan #BegumJaan @srijitspeaket @VisheshFilms.”

Gurmeet Choudhary who would be next seen in Laali Ki Shaadi Mein Laaddoo Deewan wrote — “What a promo!! Eagerly waiting for the film. it will be a super success @VisheshB7 @VisheshFilms.”

Begum Jaan is produced by Mukesh Bhatt, Vishesh Bhatt and Play Entertainment and will release in cinemas on 14th April 2017.
