Vijay Chander to direct Vikram

Vaalu starring Simbu could easily be the film that was long in the making and took a longer time to release. The film’s director Vijay Chander had hit a jackpot of sorts for his next which will be with Chiyaan Vikram.

Vikram after his latest Iru Mugan is yet to sign any film and that there are widespread speculation and choices for his director. People said he will be teaming up with Dhool director Dharani and also Bramman director Socrates.

Now it looks like Vijay Chander is the chosen one and the film would be an outright commercial film. The film will be funded by SFF productions and will soon go on floors. Cast and crew details will be announced shortly. Vikram is also said to be doing the remake of the English film Don’t Breathe for which he is making a lot of changes to his body.
