Vijay releases an emotional video

Vijay’s Thalaivaa is yet to be released in Tamilnadu. It was expected that the film will release on August 9 and later on August 15, but the same did not happen.

Vijay is obviously worried about the developments and he had made an appeal to the Tamilnadu Chief Minister through a video.

In the video, Vijay appealed to his fans and the public to avoid watching the film in pirated formats. He said that the entire team has been trying to get the film released at the earliest and has sought an appointment with the CM.

Vijay said: “The film has got a grand opening across the world but due to a threat from unidentified people it could not be released in TN and Puducherry. I’m concerned about the circulation of the pirated videos of the film in the state. It is not only illegal but ethically wrong.”
