Vijay Sethupathi to work with Thirukumaran

Director Thirukumaran made his directorial debut in 2013 with the Sivakarthikeyan starrer Maan Karate and then directed Gethu with Udhayanidhi Stalin. He has firmed up his next now and is busy shaping it up. He would be teaming up with Vijay Sethupathi for his next venture, as per the reports in Kollywood.

Thirukumaran is said to have approached the Vanmam hero and would soon be narrating his script. As per talks, it was AR Murugadoss, Thirukumaran’s mentor who had suggested Vijay Sethupathi’s name when the former narrated the script to the Ghajini director.

Vijay Sethupathi has quite a few promising projects lined up now which includes Pushkar-Gayathri’s Vikram Vedha, 96 with Trisha, Aneedhi Kadhaigal alongside Samantha, Oru Nalla Naal Paathu Solren, Seethakkadhi and Junga. He recently pledged to donate both his eyes at an eye hospital inauguration in Madurai.
