Vijay Sethupathi with Superstar Rajinikanth

While Superstar Rajinikanth starrer Kaala is expected to release on the 9th of June, there is exciting information about his next film to be directed by Karthik Subbaraj.

Vijay Sethupathi who is a lucky mascot of Karthik Subbaraj has been roped into essay an important character in this film. Producer Sun Pictures announced the inclusion of the Pizza hero through their social media page. They tweeted, “We are happy to announce that for the first time, Vijay Sethupathi will be acting with Superstar Rajini in #SuperstarWithSunPictures. #VijaySethupathiWithSuperstar”.

While this is the first time that the combo of Rajinikanth and Vijay Sethupathi is coming together for the first time, there is also one more first to this venture. Anirudh Ravichander will be scoring for a superstar film for the first time. Looks like the project has garnered all attention before it has even started rolling!
