Vijayalakshmi to quit films

Actress and daughter of director Agathiyan, Vijayalakshmi was seen in films like Chennai-28, Anjaathey, Saroja, Biriyani to name some. She was last seen in Aadama Jaichomada with Simhaa.

She has announced that she will be quitting films and is turning her attention into producing quality films. Sources close to the actress has revealed that she was not interested in acting right from the beginning.

The latest information on this is that the actress is all set to marry her boyfriend Feroz who had worked as an assistant to director Arivazhagan of Eeram fame. The actress also confirmed this and said that the marriage is a love cum arranged one and that it will take place in Chennai soon, mostly in September.
