Vikram Prabhu in Wagah

Vikram Prabhu was last seen in Vellakaara Durai with Sri Divya. He is now committed to a project with director GNR Kumaravelan who is known for films like Haridas, Ninaithalae Inikkum and Yuvan Yuvathi.

The new film is titled Wagah and is said to be a romantic entertainer and is supposed to be about the cross border romance between an Indian boy and a Paksitani girl. For the heroine’s part, the unit is planning to bring a Hindi Television actress. Wagah is produced by Vijay Bhargavi films and will have Imman’s music.

The film recently kickstarted at Karaikudi and the schedule is likely to extend for ten days. After this they would be travelling to Kulu Manali and then to Wagah border where permission has been obtained to shoot some crucial scenes. Meanwhile Vikram Prabhu also has AL Vijay’s Idhu Enna Maayam.
