Vikram's Garuda to begin on April 1st

Vikram is now busy with Anand Shankar’s Irumugan and will start his next film with director Thiru soon. This film is titled as Garuda and will feature Kajal Agarwal as Vikram’s heroine. Kajal will be playing the role of a girl from Coimbatore and it looks like this is the first time the actress will be playing such a role in her career.

Mahesh Manjrekar will be the villain with Nasser, Karunas and others in important supporting cast. Richard Nathan will be the cinematographer and Girinand will be the music director.

For Thiru, this will be his 5th film and the shoot will begin on the 1st of April in a beautifully erected set in Sriperumbudur. The crew also will be shooting in Pollachi, Coimbatore, Ahmedabad and Lucknow and will be travelling to a few Arab countries to shoot some important action sequences.
