Vimal, Samuthrakani join hands!

Vimal and Samuthrakani are teaming as lead actors for a new film titled Nee Yallam Nalla Varuva Daa. The film which will be a light-hearted comedy will take some twists in the plot in the second half. The film is being produced by Punnagai Poo Geetha. It is said the film is based on real life incidents and will be shot in Pondicherry, Chennau, Ooty, Kerala as well as abroad in Malaysia and Australia. The big budget flick will start off from the end of this month and the film is being planned for a release in next summer.

Punnagai Poo Geetha is a Malaysian RJ who has produced the movies Pattiyal and Arindhum Ariyamalum. The film will be directed by R Nagendran, who has worked as assistant with Seeman and Susi Ganesan.

Apart from Vimal and Samuthrakani, Bhaskar, Iman Annachi, Singamuthu and Kumki Ashwin form the supporting cast and Amirtha, an overseas girl will debut as heroine with this film. Camera will be handled by Ekambaram while GV Prakash is scoring the music.
