Vishal injured but is fine

Marudhu, the upcoming film of Vishal is being directed by Muthaiah of Kutti Puli and Komban fame. The team recently completed the climax portions of the film and Vishal tweeted, “climax shoot of #marudhu wrapped up. Kickass. Happy. Injured. Movie almost done. AnlArasuMuthiah @studio9_suresh @Muthiah”.

When probing about Vishal’s injury, it is understood that the actor hurt his right foot while canning a risky chase sequence. The shoot of this sequence alone was stalled for a couple of days and the actor is likely to resume work soon. The crew is currently shooting in Rajapalayam.

Talking about the incident, Vishal says, “The chase sequence involved a lot of running around. I sprained my foot while filming this portion. I couldn't proceed with the shoot for a couple of days. Meanwhile, I was shooting for other scenes which didn't involve much of footwork. Now, I am feeling better and will resume the shoot for the chase sequence from today”.
