Vishal to contest in Producer Council election

Vishal who was temporarily expelled from the Producer Council for his comment on the association to a weekly had appealed in the court to revoke his expulsion. The court had ordered his apology note which the Thimiru hero had given.

After this his expulsion was revoked by the Producer’s Council and immediately the actor announced that he will be contesting for the President’s post in the coming election for Producer Council which is slated for the 5th of March.

On 4th February, Vishal and his team filed their nominations. Kamal Haasan has lent his support for Vishal and proposed his name for the election too. The team has directors Gautham Vasudev Menon, Mysskin, Pandiraj, producers K.E.Gnanavel Raja, S.R.Prabhu, R.K.Suresh, C.V.Kumar, Abinesh Elangovan, actors Prakash Raj, Arya, Jayaprakash, Udhaya, and others. It has to be mentioned that Vishal is the General Secretary of Nadigar Sangam now.
