VJ Ramya wins Gold in the 'District level Power Lifting' competition

VJ Ramya is just not a personality on screen, but she is a multitalented person who is also into sports and more so into fitness and Power lifting competition.

In the month of February, she bagged the Bronze medal in 5th Tamil Nadu State Unequipped Bench press, and now the fitness freak has lifted the gold medal in the Chennai district level power lifting competition that was held in Kotturpuram, Chennai recently.

This competition has got both men and women participants of all ages. Ramya has participated in 70 kg power lift, 75 kg power lift and 80 kg power lift respectively and won the gold medal for the same. She took to Twitter to share her happiness, “Beast mode got activated today! Taking Gold -1st place Deadlifting 80kg at District Power lifting Championship”. Congratulations Ramya on your achievement!
