Y Gee Mahendra in Simbu's AAA

Y Gee Mahendra, who was last seen in Kanithan, has been roped in to play an important role in director Adhik Ravichandran’s Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangathavan (AAA). This film has Simbu playing three roles and Shriya Saran is one of the heroines for Simbu. The unit recently finished their first schedule at Dindigul and will soon start their next.

About he being in the film, Mahendra says, “For the past three years, I’ve been doing only character roles. With this role, I am back to my forte, which is comedy. I play Shriya Saran’s father and it’s a fun-filled role. I’ve completed my portions and the majority of my scenes are with Simbu and VTV Ganesh,” says the actor when queried about his role in the movie.

He further stated that it was Simbu who recommended him for this role. He adds, “I heard from my director that Simbu was the one who insisted that I play the role.
