'The public believed that I was a real cop', says 'Raja Ranguski' lead Shirish

Raja Ranguski is directed by ‘Burma’ and ‘Jackson Durai’ fame Dharanidharan. Yuvan Shankar Raja composes the BGMs and songs. The team is currently halted in North Madras for capturing the important sequences of the film, and the first look of ‘Raja Ranguski’ is expected to be released in the month of April. Metro fame Shirish and Chandini play the leads in this film.

“I play a cop named Raja in this mystery flick. While we were shooting in north Madras, there was a small fight among the local people. Since I was in the cop uniform and that too with a patrol bike, one of the public came to me and asked “Being a cop why can’t you go and control them”. I did not know how to react. After a minute I told him that- I am not a real cop- and left the place”, says Shirish.

Visibly elated over the success of his maiden film Metro in Telugu, Shirish said, “I am really happy and proud to receive such huge positive response for my film from the Telugu film industry.
