‘Aarattu' release date confirmed

‘Aarattu’, one of the much-awaited Mohanlal films that were delayed due to Covid-19-induced lockdown, is gearing up for release. The film’s director B Unnikrishnan took to his Twitter handle on Thursday to announce the release date of the movie. According to his tweet, ‘Aarattu’ will reach the cinemas on February 10, 2022.

“Delighted to announce the release date of #Aarattu It is February 10th 2022,” the tweet read.

Scripted by Udayakrishna, the movie also stars Shraddha Srinath, who makes her Malayalam debut with this flick. The cast includes Saikumar, Vijayaraghavan, Siddique, Nandu, Rachana Narayanankutty, Swasika, Malavika Menon, Neha Saxena and Sita, among others.
