Anirudh's Kaththi is one of the best selling albums by iTunes

Anirudh Ravichander, ever since his debut as music director in 3 (Moonu), has been on a track covered with success. His subsequent albums Ethir Neechal, Vanakkam Chennai, Velai Illa Patthadhaari and Maan Karate reiterated that his talent is not just a flash in the pan.

His last album Kaththi directed by Murugadoss featuring Vijay has recorded phenomenal success and the songs ‘selfie pulla’ and ‘aathi’ continue to remain in top charts. The icing on the cake has come in the name of iTunes selecting Anirudh’s Kaththi album as one of the best selling albums of 2014. This is definitely a feather in the cap of this young talent.
