Bhandarkar nostalgic about his 2001 film 'Chandni Bar'

'Chandni Bar' completes 13 years on Sunday since its release, and its director Madhur Bhandarkar got nostalgic about it, says the movie had changed his life.

“13 years ago, on this day, CHANDNI BAR released & changed my life #Tabu @atul_kulkarni. An unforgettable experience!! (sic),” Bhandarkar tweeted on Sunday.

Bhandarkar received National Award for “Chandni Bar”, which starred Tabu and Atul Kulkarni.

Bhandarkar, also well-known for making films like "Fashion", "Page 3", and "Corporate", last directed the 2012 movie “Heroine” featuring Kareena Kapoor.

He is now working on his new project "Calendar Girls" with new faces. He earlier said that his endeavour with "Calendar Girls" is to offer purposeful entertainment to movie buffs. Click the Movie button below for more info:
