Bipasha Basu unveils third fitness DVD

Mumb Jan 16 (IANS) Actress Bipasha Basu Thursday unveiled her third fitness DVD titled Unleash which will show how to be fit and strong.

"I am very excited about Unleash. People in India want to be thin but they don't know how to be fit. So this one is about being strong and not just thin," Bipasha told reporters here.

She added: "It's a shame if you can't take out 25 minutes for your health. Dedicate at least 25 minutes to workout."

The 35-year-old, who was seen in "Race 2" and "Raaz 3", is a fitness freak.

When asked whom she feels is fit in Bollywood, she said: "Akshay Kumar and Salman Khan and among actress I feel Deepika Padukone." Click the Movie button below for more info:
