Iru Mugan team clarifies on Nayanthara issue

Iru Mugan being directed by Anand Shankar of Arima Nambi fame is currently being shot in Malaysia. The film features Vikram and Nayanthara as the leads and is produced by Shibu Thameens who had funded Puli earlier.

Recently, there were issues regarding heroine Nayanthara at the Malaysian airport. The team has issued a press note regarding this.

It states, “Work permit rules in Malaysia are different in the two terminals, usually travelers to India travel through KL1. But the new airline (Malindo) operates from KL2. There the immigration officials had few clarifications on work permit and its visa stamping for her supporting team. Later Nayanthara herself spoke to the authorities and cleared and the whole team travelled back to India smoothly. The production team and line producers have also lodged a complaint with the immigration department for snaps of Nayanthara and her passport copy getting circulated online as well as the online media in Malaysia, who had created this false news.” Click the Movie button below for more info:
