'Kappirithuruthu' shoot in progress

The shooting of the movie ‘Kappirithuruthu’ is in progress. “D4Dance” hosts Adil Ibrahim and Pearle Maaney play the lead roles.

The movie written and directed by Saheer Ali is a musical thriller about old Kochi and Kochi's famous singer Mehboob. The movie also covers the life of Urdu poet Mirza Ghalib and his Gazal's.

Lal, Siddique, Pandit Ramesh Ramanyanan, Indrans, Jenson, Sivaji Guruvayoor, S P Sreekumar, Sunil Sugatha, Harish Kanaran, Babu Pallasserry, Surabhi, and Pauly do major roles.

The cinematography is done by Praveen Chakrapani. ‘Kappiri Thuruthu’ is produced by Ahamed Palapparambil under the banner 20 20 Films.
