Karthi film titled as Dheeran Adhigaram Ondru

Karthi’s last release was Gokul’s Kaashmora which tanked without a trace. Now the Paruthi Veeran star is busy with Mani Ratnam’s Kaatru Veliyidai and he would also be working in a film with H Vinothkumar of Sathuranga Vettai fame wielding the directorial baton.

This film gets a title Dheeran Adhigaram Ondru and will be produced by S R Prabhu for Dream Warriors Company. Rakul Preet Singh will play the heroine in this film.

Apparently, Karthi will be sporting the khaki in this film. It is also said that it is not the regular police versus villain type story. Since Karthi had trimmed down for Kaatru Veliyidai, he will maintain the same physique and will sport a normal moustache. The film is based on a real-life incident and will go on floors in the first week of January 2017 in Chennai.
