Karthi to work with Sathuranga Vettai Vinothkumar

Karthi was last seen in Gokul’s Kaashmora which was received with a lukewarm response at the box office and also from critics and audience alike. The talented actor will soon be seen in Mani Ratnam’s Kaatru Veliyidai where he will be essaying the role of a fighter pilot. His co-stars will be Aditi Rao Hydari, Shraddha Srinath, RJ Balaji and others.

Now he would be doing a flm that would be directed by H Vinothkumar who directed the much popular Sathuranga Vettai whose sequel is being made with Arvind Swmai and Trisha.

This Vinothkumar directorial will be bankrolled by Studio Green and Rakul Preet Singh will be the heroine. It was also said that Vinothkumar had earlier narrated a story to Suriya too and one is not sure if this is the same script or a different one. Official confirmations are expected soon.
