'Kasaba' set for Ramzan

Mammootty-starrer ‘Kasaba’ is set to be a Ramzan release. The movie is the debut directorial venture of Renji Panicker’s son Nithin Renji Panicker.

After a break, Mammootty again does the role of a police officer in ‘Kasaba’. Mammootty does Circle Inspector Rajan Zacharia. The story, script, and dialogues are penned by Nithin himself.

Sarath Kumar’s daughter Varalakshmi is the heroine. Sampath, Jagadish, Siddique, Biju Pappan, Irshad, Alansiar, Abu Salim, Neha Saxena, and Maqbool Salman also include the cast.

The songs by Manu Manjith are composed by Rahul Raj. Sameer Haq is the cameraman and Mansoor Muthootty is the editor.‘Kasaba’ is produced by Alice George under the banner of Goodwill Entertainment and the film is distributed by Anto Joseph Film Company
