Lakshmi Menon and Vijay Sethupathi to team up

Lakshmi Menon who was last seen as Ajith’s sister in Vedhalam will be romancing Vijay Sethupathi for the first time on screen in a film titled Rekka that would be directed by Rathina Siva of Vaa Deal fame. This film will be produced by Orange Mittai fame Ganesh.

Said to be a full-fledged commercial entertainer, Rekka will start rolling once Vijay Sethupathi completes his present commitments including Manikandan’s Aandavan Kattalai. Rathina Siva claims that Rekka will bring out a new Vijay Sethupathi and will be a different one for the Soodhu Kavvum hero.

Lakshmi Menon was to play the lead in Dharmadurai, but at the last minute she was replaced by Tamannaah. Meanwhile, Lakshmi’s much-anticipated film Miruthan with Jayam Ravi, is soon to hit the cinema halls. Click the Movie button below for more info:
