Maan Karate getting ready for Pongal?

It was only recently that we heard that Sivakarthikeyan will be starring in a film scripted by AR Murugadoss. The film titled Maan Karate has started and it is going on a great pace that today we hear more than 60 per cent of the shoot has been completed. Moreover by December first week they plan to wrap up the shooting part and immediately jump into the post-production work. In fact we are also hearing that the team is planning to release the film for Pongal!

Maan Karate has Hansika opposite Sivakarthikeyan and is directed by Thirukumaran, an assistant of Murugadoss. The team plans to start the promotion of the film from December itself, and the same has created speculations that they are planning it as a Pongal release. Maan Karate has story and screenplay by Murugadoss, music is by Anirudh while Sukumar is taking care of the camera. The film, being produced by Escape Artistes Motion Pictures banner, also has Satish and Vidyut Jamwal in important roles.
