Anoop Menon to script for Nivin Pauly

It is rumored that Anoop Menon will script a new project which will have Nivin Pauly in the lead role. The film titled ‘1983’ is centered on cricket. The film will also have Anoop Menon as a cricket coach.

The year 1983 is a memorable year in the history of Indian cricket as India won the first World Cup. This film which is based on cricket is directed by professional photographer Abrid Shine.

This will be for the first time that Anoop Menon is penning a script without Jayasurya in the main role.
